Enterprise calling, under your own brand
The same white-label softphone and Microsoft Teams Direct Routing that powers ITSPs, delivered direct to your organization: a branded app for your workforce, bridged to the PBX you already run, with the security, SSO and SLAs enterprise IT expects. No rip-and-replace, no reseller in between.
- Your brand, your app
- Bridge your PBX
- SSO, audit & SLA
- Works behind firewalls
Your communications, your brand, your control
Add modern mobile, remote and Teams calling to the phone system you already own, without handing it to a third party or starting over.
Your brand, your app
Deploy a native softphone under your own name to your workforce, on iOS, Android, Windows and Mac, through your app stores or MDM.
Bridge your existing PBX
Add mobile and remote calling to Cisco, Avaya, Asterisk, BroadWorks or any SIP PBX, with no trunks, no dialplan changes and no rip-and-replace.
Remote work without the VPN
Calls run over 443. If a device can browse HTTPS, it can call, so home and travelling staff just work, encrypted end to end.
Microsoft Teams, your carrier
Connect your Teams tenant to your own carrier with our certified, managed Direct Routing SBCs. No SBC to run in house.
Security and compliance
TLS signalling and SRTP media, SSO, audit exports, toll-fraud protection, STIR/SHAKEN and data-residency options.
Dedicated and supported
Dedicated capacity, multi-region redundancy, an SLA and white-glove onboarding, direct from Spanvox with no reseller in between.
Carrier-grade under the hood, watched around the clock
The parts that decide whether you can build a business on us: a globally redundant network, real security, and a team that never sleeps. Serious infrastructure for serious operators.
Globally redundant node pool
Registrations and calls run on a pool of redundant nodes across regions, on an anycast backbone. There is no single point of failure: if a node degrades, traffic shifts the same second.
GeoDNS routing & failover
GeoDNS steers every device to the nearest healthy node and reroutes automatically on failure, so latency stays low and outages stay invisible to your customers.
VoIP security, end to end
TLS and WSS signalling, SRTP and DTLS media, terminated on hardened Session Border Controllers. Credentials are encrypted at rest and never exposed to the device.
Toll-fraud protection
Per-endpoint concurrency caps, registration rate-limiting and automatic IP banning contain abuse before it ever reaches a bill, the number-one worry for any ITSP.
Observability as standard
A real-time view of every registration leg, live device, call and CDR with MOS scoring. It ships with the platform, not as a paid add-on.
24/7 NOC
A network operations centre watches the platform around the clock, with proactive response, so problems are caught and fixed before your customers ever feel them.
Enterprise questions
Can we deploy a softphone under our own brand to our employees?
Yes. Enterprises run Spanvox under their own name and visual identity, distributed to staff through your app store accounts or your MDM, so it is your app, not a third-party one.
Do we have to replace our PBX or UC platform?
No. Spanvox registers to your existing PBX like an ordinary softphone, so you add mobile, remote and Teams calling on top of Cisco, Avaya, Asterisk, BroadWorks or any SIP system, with no trunk or dialplan changes.
Will it work for remote employees without a VPN?
Yes. The app reaches Spanvox over 443 with TURN on an anycast edge, so it works on home and corporate networks without opening inbound ports or routing calls over a VPN.
Do you support SSO and audit logging?
Yes. The Enterprise tier includes SSO and audit exports, alongside encryption and toll-fraud controls, so it fits into your existing identity and compliance posture.
Can we connect Microsoft Teams to our own carrier?
Yes. Spanvox provides Microsoft Teams Direct Routing as a managed service, connecting your Teams tenant to your carrier through our certified, multi-tenant SBCs so you keep your numbers and routing.
Is dedicated capacity and an SLA available?
Yes. Enterprise customers get dedicated SBC capacity, multi-region redundancy, EU data residency and a DPA, plus priority 24/7 support backed by an SLA.
